What could be the reason that gnosis in history always was so much vague and hidden?
The chaos that religions have created, cause of not knowing. Although they knew that sins should be casted out and so.
That gnosis, the 3 keys of awakening, be only revealed by the master Samael in the Sixties.
Anyone some ideas?

Yes, it seems troughout history certain few people have been taught (for special missions), maybe mouth to ear, or in dreams.
But what about the mass people out there, why couldn't it be revealed?
Maybe misuse, maybe there would be too many black magicians around by now:)

Hello all
Maybe Humanity had to go through a development stage of desire and connection before the way to the Creator would be openly revealled.
Its only recently that Humanity has become a global society. Originaly mankind lived in caves in family groups and they would be happy enough with a few leaves to lay on and a bit of meat or fish to eat then as their desires grew bigger so did their need to intergrate and villages started appearing then towns and countries and now with the internet, sat tv and radio etc, mankind has advanced from small family units into one global society.
When we get beyond our egoism we will discover that we are all sparks of one common soul and the goal of life is to unite all those sparks back into one. the globalisation of Humanity is a reflection of the uniting of the souls. If all the souls could unite then the nations would unite and there would be peace and love throughout the world.
The revellations of Spirituality is the work of the Creator saying that the time is right to unite as one man.

I cant really answer your question, but I just wanted to add that perhaps it was not so vague as we think, but much of it was dune mouth to ear? So perhaps Buddha collected the strong monks around him and very clearly explained everything to them? And perhaps Jesus spoke in a very clear way to the disciples when they were alone?
Or perhaps people had a different understanding of symbols, that we have lost with modern media?
As you can see, I put a question mark on each sentence to show that this was not in any way an answer, just more questions ;-)
